Handling and thawing
Move to the freezer on arrival. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, never at room temperature, and use within 48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
How long it keeps
Nine months frozen from the date on the pack. Two days in the refrigerator once thawed.
If delivery fails
If the box arrives warm or the contents are soft, do not feed it. Photograph the packaging and contact the seller, who replaces or refunds the order.

Getting your money back

About the brand
Casa Olivia
Casa Olivia has made walking equipment in the same workshop outside Valencia since 1994, and still cuts and stitches every harness there. The webbing is woven to their own specification and the hardware is chosen to be replaceable, because a harness usually fails at one buckle rather than all over.
