What This Means in Practice
- Before a vendor’s first listing is published, we review key business information provided during onboarding. Where applicable, this may include company registration details and VAT information.
- Service providers may be asked to provide evidence of relevant experience, qualifications or professional credentials appropriate to the services they offer.
- Listings may be reviewed against Karuvia’s marketplace standards before publication and as part of ongoing monitoring.
- Where concerns arise, Karuvia may request further information, require corrective action, temporarily suspend a listing or remove it from the marketplace.
