Before your listings go live, we verify the identity, contact, registration and tax information required for your business or professional activity.
You are the seller or service provider and the customer's contractual counterparty for every product or service you list. Your required business or professional information is displayed on the relevant listing.
You must publish legally compliant delivery, cancellation, withdrawal, return and refund information where applicable and handle the related customer requests. Your terms must respect mandatory consumer rights.
Payments and payouts are facilitated through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's required identity, business and bank account checks before payouts can be enabled and respond to any later verification requests.
Every product or service must comply with the safety, labelling, consumer protection and professional requirements applicable in each market where it is offered.
