This policy explains which cookies Karuvia uses, why, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Reading this site sets no cookies. Nothing is stored on your device until you do something that needs it — adding an item to your basket, signing in, or completing a purchase.

These are required for the Marketplace to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.

• Basket and session — set by WooCommerce so your basket survives between pages and through checkout. Typically woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_*. [CONFIRM RETENTION: session to 2 days.]
• Sign-in — set when you log in to an account, to keep you signed in and secure your session. [CONFIRM RETENTION.]
• Caching — set by LiteSpeed Cache so signed-in visitors are not served another visitor’s cached page. Contains no personal data.
• Payment — set by Stripe at checkout for payment processing and fraud prevention. See [STRIPE PRIVACY NOTICE LINK].

These remember choices you make so the site behaves as you expect — for example a dismissed notice, or a preference you have set.

At the date of this version, Karuvia runs no third-party analytics on the public site and sets no analytics cookies.

Some cookies are set by services we rely on rather than by Karuvia directly — currently our payment processor at checkout. Embedded content from other sites, such as a video, may also set its own cookies and is governed by that provider’s policy.
