An independent reading of your animal's file by a vet who has not treated them. Useful before agreeing to surgery, when a diagnosis has not settled, or when you simply want a second view before deciding.
You will get a written opinion rather than a conversation, which suits a question that turns on records and images. It arrives in plain language, with the reasoning shown, so you can take it back to your own vet and discuss it.

How it works
- Buy the voucher. It arrives by email with your redemption details.
- Send the records the Expert needs, using the route given on your voucher.
- The Expert reviews them and writes back — Reply within 3 working days.
From the provider
Your voucher code arrives by email as soon as payment clears. Reply to that email with the records attached. The written opinion comes back within three working days, and you may ask follow-up questions for fourteen days afterwards.
What to send
Have the records ready as PDFs or clear photographs — consultation notes, any imaging, and the most recent bloodwork. The more complete the file, the more useful the opinion.
What happens to your records
The records you send go to Dr Marta Lindqvist, who decides how they are used and is the controller for them. They are used only to prepare your opinion, kept for as long as professional record-keeping rules require, and then deleted. Karuvia carries them on the provider's behalf and does not use them for anything else. You can ask either of us for a copy or for erasure at any time. Privacy Policy

This service is for non-urgent questions. If your animal is acutely unwell, injured, in pain, collapsed, struggling to breathe or deteriorating, contact your own vet or an emergency veterinary practice immediately — do not wait for a reply here.
Suitable for
Dogs and cats with an existing diagnosis or a set of test results you would like read by a second vet. If your animal is unwell today, contact your own vet rather than buying a review.

Cancellation and rescheduling
