Getting your money back
Refunds are made to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the seller receiving the goods back or your proof of return, whichever is sooner. The original delivery charge is refunded at the standard rate.
If something is faulty
Separately from returns and withdrawal, you have a legal guarantee against goods that are faulty or not as described. It lasts at least two years from delivery and is not affected by the seller's own return policy.
