Report a Safety Concern

If a product may have caused injury, illness, contamination, choking, poisoning, fire, electrical harm or an unexpected reaction in an animal — or if the warnings, manufacturer details or traceability information a listing must carry are missing — tell us here.

This is separate from a complaint about an order. A complaint asks us to put your purchase right; a safety report may mean a product has to come off the marketplace.

If something is happening now

  • Stop using the product and keep animals and people away from it.
  • Seek veterinary or medical help. Follow emergency or poison-control guidance where it applies.
  • Keep the product, its packaging and your purchase evidence where it is safe to do so — the batch number on the pack is what makes a recall possible.
  • Do not delay any of that to finish this form.

Describe the injury, illness, contamination, reaction or hazard. If required warnings, manufacturer details or traceability information are missing from the listing, say so here.

People or animals, and how they are now. Do not delay veterinary or medical care to complete this form.

Paste the product page address if you have it.

Usually printed near the best-before date. This is what lets a recall find every affected pack, so it is worth checking the packaging.

We reply here, and may need to reach you quickly.

Optional, and only used if a call would be faster than email.

The product, the packaging, the batch number and the harm if it can be photographed safely. JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, HEIC, PDF — up to 5 files, 8 MB each and 20 MB in total.

A safety report is not the same as a complaint about an order, and it does not replace one. If you also want a refund or a replacement, submit a complaint as well.
