How the process works

  3. Karuvia reviews the application
    The application is considered against Karuvia’s selection and compliance requirements.
  4. Onboarding follows approval
    Selected applicants receive the applicable agreement and onboarding requirements before anything goes live.

Before you apply

  • Your business or professional activity must be legally established.
  • Provide your VAT identification number where you are registered for VAT.
  • Identify the countries in which you are legally and operationally able to offer your products or services.
  • Vendors, Experts and Commercial or Experience Partners remain responsible for meeting the legal requirements applicable to their activities.
  • Commercial terms are provided through the applicable Karuvia agreement.
  • Approval for one country does not automatically provide approval for another country.
