Before you can sell
- We verify your business identity — registered name, trading address and, where applicable, VAT number — before your storefront goes live.
- You are the trader of record for everything you list. Your business details are shown on each of your product pages.
- You publish your own returns, cancellation and delivery terms, and you handle returns for your own orders.
- Payouts run through Stripe. Stripe completes its own identity and bank checks before the first payout is released.
- Listings must meet EU product-safety and labelling rules for the categories you sell in.

For everyone shopping on Karuvia — track orders, save favourites and manage your details.
What this means for you
- You buy from an individual vendor, not from Karuvia. The trader behind each listing is named on the product page.
- Where the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase, it applies from the day your order arrives.
- Returns are handled by the vendor you bought from, under the policy published on their listing.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Karuvia never stores your card details.
- If something goes wrong, our complaint and dispute process is open to you at any point.
